Desolation

Greece On hold

About

They recorded a 3-song tape in January 1990, with the intention of releasing it as a split LP with Masacre on Unisound Records. The three tracks ended up on a German compilation CD, "Weird Tales of Madness", instead. In 1991, Necromayhem left, to concentrate on Rotting Christ and they changed name to Ethereal. Vangelis and Chris later reformed the band, as Desolation, initially as a one-off, and Verith joined them. Compilation appearances: - "Unaccountable Visions" on Apocalyptic Things #2 (Apocalyptic Things, 1991) - "Cause of Denial" on Greece Attacks - The Next Assault (Sound & Vision, 2004, 2CD)
